VR THERAPY

Virtual Reality therapy is more simple than it looks.

It is still talk therapy, using VR headsets and immersive environments as an extra tool.

Virtual Reality systems combined with psychotherapy have been empirically proven to effectively treat a wide range of psychological disorders. Our tailored psychotherapy programs can target specific issues, activate behavioural change, enhance psychological flexibility and improve mental performance.

We use both the Psious and Limbix Virtual Reality Therapy systems alongside the Mindfield eSense Biofeedback Sensor System to enhance traditional interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Mindfulness and Relaxation Training, Assertiveness and Communication Training, and Social Skills Training.
